VeraVia is an award-winning luxury wellness resort, located at the 5-Star Park Hyatt Aviara in San Diego, California. This all-inclusive, holistic retreat is built upon the four pillars of health, nutrition, fitness, behavioral and medical, to change habits and provide lasting results.
I developed and executed a multi-channel marketing strategy for VeraVia to build brand awareness and drive new leads. This included all social media platforms, monthly email newsletters, creating a click-funnel email campaign, managing digital retargeting ads, and designing brochures and marketing materials.
VeraVia had a minimal presence on social media, low engagement and a small following. I developed a new content and social media strategy that centered on consistency, increasing brand awareness, and growing the following.

Incorporated a mix of photos, carousel posts, videos, and stories across all platforms
Introduced TikTok and Pinterest to their social media mix to maximize the reach
THE STRATEGY
My social media strategy has three focuses :
Showcase the Luxury: Spark curiosity and desire by highlighting the luxury amenities, showcase 5-Star Park Hyatt Aviara resort that VeraVia is located at, and illustrate the transformational experience.
Educate the audience about wellness through plant-based recipes, fitness tips, and self-improvement recommendations.
Provide valuable content with tangible takeaways convert viewers into followers, build loyalty and prompt followers to schedule a consultation for a stay.
These tips also reengaged former guests, keeping VeraVia at the top of their mind.
Detail specific programs and health concerns VeraVia solves allowing guests to relate and form a connection.

VACATION PACKAGE BROCHURE
This brochure explains the “Reboot Express Package Stay,” one of the six wellness stays offered at VeraVia for guests to purchase. It was designed to be a handout to highlight this option after speaking with a program advisor. To evoke the luxury of the five star resort and the program, I focused on minimalistic design and photos.
