Karen is a luxury travel agent and the Director of Luxury at Travelmation, a travel agency.

Similar to a real estate agent, she was responsible for her own marketing, building her personal brand, and managing her own social media, website and email lists.

Built the brand and established a social presence for Karen’s luxury travel business.

I designed Karen’s brand identity and strategy, then launched her social media with newly designed assets and visuals. In addition to running her social platforms and CRM, I managed and directed all marketing and brand initiatives.

  • The two major focuses of my social media strategy were:

    • Showcasing the luxury through details and strong images

    • Featuring experiences and new travel ideas to spark curiosity and get peoples’ minds thinking

  • Created a content strategy and schedule leveraging a variety of content, including posts, videos, photos, reels and TikToks on multiple social platforms

  • Included a “human” aspect, such as POV photos from the pool and restaurants, travel tips, and informative captions to communicate a warm, personal approach

  • Established Karen as the go-to for all things travel
